Cloud, done in‑region.

Architect, migrate, and run workloads on Huawei Cloud Riyadh and hybrid topologies — with regional data residency, FinOps discipline, and 24/7 managed cloud operations from Riyadh and Cairo.

// 02 · Migration journey

From on-prem to cloud.

A live look at how every engagement flows — readiness, landing zone, migrate, then operate.

// 01 · What we deliver

Seven shapes the work tends to take.

From landing-zone design through 24/7 SRE — the full delivery surface for clients running cloud workloads in regulated and residency-sensitive environments.

SVC.01

Landing zone design

Huawei Cloud, AWS Control Tower, Azure Landing Zones — multi-account / subscription baselines with networking, identity, logging, and guardrails. Production-ready in 4 weeks.

SVC.02

Workload assessment & TCO

Application portfolio assessment, dependency mapping, total-cost modelling, and the migration strategy across the 6 R's.

SVC.03

Cloud-native architecture

Containers, serverless, event-driven microservices. Designed once, against the platform you actually own.

SVC.04

FinOps practice

Cost visibility, rightsizing, reserved-instance management. Typical 25–40% cost reduction inside the first 90 days.

SVC.05

Cloud security baseline

IAM, KMS, encryption, access reviews — built to NCA-ECC and PDPL expectations with Huawei Cloud Security Center.

SVC.06

Hybrid & multi-cloud connectivity

SD-WAN, identity federation across providers, unified observability — including Huawei Cloud Connect for on-premises integration.

// 02 · Deployment styles

Four shapes a cloud estate can take.

There is no single right answer. The shape depends on data sensitivity, load variability, and where the regulator says the data lives. We design across all four.

01

Public-first

Variable load, non-residency-sensitive workloads. Capacity follows demand — no rack-and-stack overhead.

  • Optimise for · cost · scale
02

Private

Highest sensitivity, predictable load, sector regulator wants the data physically in your facility — or contractually committed to it.

  • Optimise for · control
03

Hybrid most common

The most common reality. Sensitive crown-jewel data on-prem, burst-scaling workloads in cloud, single operating model across both.

  • Optimise for · residency · reach
04

Multi-cloud

Provider-portable architecture across two or more clouds. Used to preserve negotiating leverage, sector-specific certifications, or regional reach.

  • Optimise for · portability
// 03 · Methodology

Four phases. One delivery loop.

Every cloud engagement runs the same loop — readiness, landing zone, migrate-and-modernise, then operate-and-optimise. The waves and durations vary, but the sequence does not.

  1. 01

    Cloud readiness

    Application portfolio assessment, dependency mapping, and the 6 R's migration strategy — rehost, replatform, refactor, repurchase, retire, retain.

  2. 02

    Landing zone

    Multi-account / subscription baseline with networking, identity, logging, and guardrails. Production-ready in 4 weeks.

  3. 03

    Migrate & modernise

    Wave-based migrations using Huawei Cloud Stack, AWS MGN, or our partner toolchain. Refactor where the economics pay off.

  4. 04

    Operate & optimise

    SRE practices, cost optimisation reviews, and continuous compliance against NCA-ECC and SAMA frameworks.

// 06 · FAQ

Common questions.

Q.01 Can you keep our data inside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We architect cloud workloads on Huawei Cloud Riyadh so all data stays inside KSA — meeting NCA ECC residency requirements and sectoral regulations from SAMA, NHA, and the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Q.02 Do you only do greenfield cloud, or also migrations from on-prem?

Both. About 70% of our cloud engagements start as a migration from on-prem or another cloud. We use Huawei Cloud Stack, AWS MGN, or Azure Migrate for lift-and-shift, and a phased refactor track when modernisation is in scope.

Q.03 What is your FinOps approach?

We embed a FinOps practitioner in your team for the first 90 days. Outcomes typically include 25–40% cost reduction via rightsizing, savings plans, decommissioning unused resources, and architectural changes (e.g. spot, autoscaling, serverless).

Q.04 Do you offer 24/7 cloud operations or only build?

We offer both. Our managed cloud service includes 24/7 monitoring, incident response, patch management, cost reviews, and quarterly architecture reviews — backed by a 99.95% application-availability SLA.

Q.05 How do you handle multi-cloud and hybrid?

We design for multi-cloud and hybrid by default — using SD-WAN for connectivity, identity federation across clouds, centralised observability (Datadog, Grafana), and a unified control plane (Terraform, Crossplane) so you avoid lock-in.
