Senior Cloud Architect

Architect and lead cloud transformation engagements for NAS clients across Saudi Arabia — predominantly in banking, government, and regulated sectors. You will own the technical strategy from discovery through go-live, working alongside vendor partners (AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud) and the client's own platform teams.

This is a senior, client-facing role. You will spend roughly 60% of your time on architecture and design, 30% on stakeholder communication, and 10% on mentoring junior engineers. Most engagements are hybrid Riyadh-based with occasional regional travel.

• Lead architecture discovery and design for multi-million-riyal cloud engagements
• Own end-to-end technical delivery from kickoff through warranty
• Define RPO/RTO targets, residency, and PDPL/NCA-ECC controls into the architecture
• Co-architect with vendor partners (AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud) and client platform teams
• Mentor 2–3 junior architects and engineers on the practice
• Present architecture decisions to client steering committees and regulators

• 10+ years in IT, with 5+ in cloud architecture roles
• Deep hands-on experience with at least two of: AWS, Azure, Huawei Cloud
• Delivered at least one regulated migration (banking, government, or healthcare)
• Familiarity with PDPL, NCA-ECC, and SAMA cybersecurity frameworks
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic strongly preferred
• Willing to spend 1–2 days per month on-site at client locations across the Kingdom
• Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Pro, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus
